The extraction, temperature, packaging, store, and logistics of this honey must be compliant to the livestock standards defined. Sample testing must be carried out batch-wise to confirm that there is no chemical residue in the honey. No additives can be added in this honey and all process should be strictly supervised, so that integrity of products sustains.
Above standards tell us that organic honey business is tougher than regular honey and it needs more resource and investment in comparison of regular honey business.
