I wonder how many posts there are out there with the tags of “Charter” and “bullshit”. I haven’t actually looked but something tells me I’m not the first to put them together.

I’ve been down the last 2 days. A call to Charter revealed (after 40 minutes of convincing them that my modem is perfectly fine) that there was an unscheduled outage from 8AM – 5PM. Yes, that’s right. An unscheduled outage from 8AM – 5PM.

I asked the operator if there was anything unscheduled for tomorrow — I don’t think she got it.
